David is an advisor to a number of companies and prior to joining Financial Eye, David was CEO of FCA regulated insurer, First Title Insurance plc. David set up the UK operation and grew it into an international business turning over £70M providing a mixture of services to Law firms, Conveyancers and Mortgage Lenders. David remains as a Non-Executive Director of First Title Limited.

Ian is a qualified accountant and has spent his professional life working almost exclusively with law firms, ranging from small sole practitioners to large international LLPs, Limited Companies and PLCs.
Ian spent a number of years as an auditor at the Big 4 accountancy firm KPMG, working with some of the UK’s largest law firms, he then spent more than 10 years as a Director in the legal sector specialist teams at the large national accountancy firms Hazlewoods and Crowe UK, before heading up the legal sector group at top 15 accountancy firm Saffery Champness.
As well as being the Chair of the Institute of Legal Finance and Management (ILFM) and Vice-Chair of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW) Solicitors Advisory Group, Ian lectures nationally on topics such as the SRA Accounts Rules, financial compliance and management for a number of key professional training organisations.

Having worked predominantly with SME businesses, he is able to communicate key financial information and strategies to all levels of business. The challenging scenario faced by an SME develops a strong understanding of the fundamentals needed within a business to enable it to fulfil its potential. Mark has extensive experience in managing Working Capital, Financial Risk and developing Management Information reporting.
